One of my key antifragility learnings is becoming braver – through change, through adversity!!!!
I found myself with the complexity of many life transitions colliding at once! Menopause, adult children leaving the nest, injury and recovery, aging parents and wanting to return to the work force. Felicity helped me with these transitions thoughtfully and gently. She mentored me through rediscovering my goals, mapping ways to achieve them and living my life’s purpose.
I now have the tools and language to confidently move forward in chosen directions in my life for my overall life satisfaction, work and family reorientation and in my post physical injury recovery and growth.
