My philosophy for Strong into Superb is:
I am passionate about my business and I aim to be the best in, and for the world, in my products and services.
My business transforms my life, as well as my partnerships and client’s lives.
Be totally willing to change my mind in light of feedback from partnerships and clients. Face reality and the actual odds. Do personal reality checks often and assess if I am open-minded enough to truly consider the perspective of others. Be awesome, not perfect!
Consider a compassionate perspective as often as possible. Find empathy.
Apologise when I am wrong, and don’t acquiesce when I am right. Keep the slate clean with everyone as if there is no other chance tomorrow.
A minimum of weekly training is crucial. A person can’t live unless their mind is active and questing.
Be conservative financially.
Be honest in my self-assessment of my strengths and weaknesses.
Choose to work with people who have the skills and knowledge I need, are passionate about what I do, complement my strengths and weaknesses, and are great to be around.
Take jobs I can succeed at and aim to only take jobs I am passionate about. Don’t accept anything that drains my life’s energy. Life is too short.
Never allow clients or vendors to treat me and others badly.
Manage like I am dying. Be determined to leave this earth with all emotional and personal ledgers even.
Don’t try to be something I’m not. Teach others what you personally know, slowly expanding the knowledge base with the addition of specialised employees. Pass my knowledge on to the next generation unselfishly.
