Why Strong into Superb?

If we identify and nurture our unique strengths, we become stronger and then our magnificence and wellbeing grows.

We are all strong in our unique way, but do we have a sense and know that we are strong?

We become strong through knowing, using, and nurturing our individual and collective character strengths. We tend to feel happier, more connected with others, and more productive. These all contribute to our sense of wellbeing. Using them also enables us to learn from and reframe negative experiences, which are needed in life to help us grow. Strengths help us see the best in each other, and when things aren’t going so well, to help us shift our focus on our strengths to avoid self-criticism.

We are all also superb in our unique way; again, do we have a sense that we are amazing and superb?

Superb is defined as very good, excellent, and magnificent. As we become stronger, research suggests that we increase our magnificence in feeling good and functioning well in life.
